1. Minimum Booking Charge
JetStream operates a minimum service charge of £120 for all residential and commercial visits.
This charge covers allocated appointment time, travel, equipment deployment, labour, materials and operational costs.
Where the total value of services requested is below £120, the minimum charge applies.
2. Cancellations
More Than 48 Hours’ Notice
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur a charge.
Where a deposit has been paid, it may be refunded (less any non-recoverable processing fees).
Within 24 Hours of Appointment
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a charge equivalent to the £120 minimum booking fee.
This is due to allocated time and operational costs.
3. No-Show or Failure to Provide Access
If access is not provided at the agreed time, or the service cannot proceed due to site readiness (e.g. rooms not prepared, no electricity, no water), the £120 minimum charge remains payable.
4. Deposits
For larger bookings (including end-of-tenancy, commercial or specialist services), a deposit of 20–30% may be required.
Deposits become non-refundable within 48 hours of the appointment time.
5. Scope Reduction Upon Arrival
If the scope of work is reduced after arrival, the minimum booking charge still applies where the revised total falls below £120.
6. Refunds After Service Completion
Due to the nature of professional carpet and upholstery cleaning services, refunds are not provided once work has been completed.
If you are dissatisfied with the service, concerns must be reported in writing within 24 hours of completion to allow inspection and reasonable resolution.
7. Acceptance
By confirming a booking with JetStreamClean Limited, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
